My name is Mariana da Silva, I was born in a town in Brazil called Campinas, in the São Paulo state.

My biggest passion is HEALTH.

My wellness journey and my connection with lymphatic drainage started back in Brazil when I was 15 years old. I never thought I would become a Massage Therapist one day. Everything started when I had to face anxiety and depression, and consequently weight gain, due to many family challenges growing up in an unstable home.

I didn’t let that go too far though. I was extremely curious to understand the connection between mind and body and I started seeking answers.

As time passed, I moved to another country, but lymphatic drainage was always with me.

During my 16 years living in Australia, I have trained as a Holistic Therapist and built my own business, as I continue my learning, bettering my knowledge and techniques.

15 years ago when I was learning lymphatic drainage there wasn’t much information available. Everything was very basic. But my intuition always told me: there is more to it! I wanted more answers.

And they came. In 2021, after becoming a certified Trainer and Assessor, I deepened my study, researching the connection between all the body systems. And then everything made sense!

Using all this knowledge, I have developed a new treatment that connects all the body systems, nutrition, exercise, supplementation and even genetics. A method based on a lot of scientific research and spirituality. A method that investigates the causes, not just treating the symptoms.

To heal the outside, one must go within.
