Massage Course
This course includes everything about lymphatic health that has been found so far.
Not only massage techniques, but also root causes, nutrition facts, breath work, co-relation to other conditions and pathologies, aromatherapy, secondary therapies, gut health and much more.
It emphasises the individuality of each patient, treating the root causes of illness rather than merely managing symptoms.
By addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, Integrative Lymphatic Drainage® Massage offers a comprehensive and personalised approach to achieving and maintaining optimal health.

Learning outcomes
- This is a hands-on 3 day course involving evidence-based learning that will empower you with the skills and understanding to make a great impact on your clients health.
- By the end of this course you will be able to perform the ILD® techniques and guide your clients with the main strategies to maintain lymphatic health and support their wellbeing on many levels.
