Terms and Conditions for Integrative Lymphatic Drainage® Massage Course:
Registrations and Payment (ILD Massage Group Course)
1.1. The total cost of the course is $2600 + GST, upfront.
1.2. You can choose to get an invoice for bank transfer (no fees), credit card (2,2% fee) 0r PayPal (2,6% fee).
1.3. PayPal offers payment via four (4) instalments.
1.4. Registrations are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
1.5. Registrations close two (2) weeks prior to course date.
1.6. *Private classes are a different arrangement, the Terms & Conditions are discussed via email.
Disclaimer
2.1. The Integrative Lymphatic Drainage® Massage Course is a professional massage course but does not substitute medical advice and diagnoses
2.2. Participants assume full responsibility for their health and well-being during the workshop and should consult with their healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or massage routine.
Course Refund Policy
3.1. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your course registration or request a refund. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Cancellation by the student
4.1. All cancelations must be notified to us in writing.
4.2. Cancellations fourteen (14) days before the course start date are entitled to a full refund, minus a $150 administration fee.
4.3. Cancelations less than fourteen (14) days before the course start date are entitled to a 75% refund of the course fee, minus a $150 administration fee.
4.4. Cancelations less than seven (7) days before the course start date are entitled to a 50% refund of the course fee, minus a $150 administration fee.
4.5. If you fail to attend the course without giving us prior notice, you will not be entitled to any refund.
*Same rules apply if rescheduling the course.
Cancellation by us
5.1. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund of the course fee.
5.2. We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.
5.3. Your registration may be canceled if you fail in communicate with the organisers and trainers. There are some basic communication prior to the course for it to run smoothly, you will receive a refund minus the administration fee ($150).
5.4. Your registration will be canceled if you fail in sending a copy of your prerequisites, if payment was made, you will receive a refund minus the administration fee ($150).
5.5. Your registration may be canceled if you disrespect any staff of ILD®.
Refund processing
6.1. Refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving your written request.
6.2. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
Exceptions
7.1. We may consider exceptions to this policy for extenuating circumstances (upon proof), such as medical emergencies or bereavement. In such cases, we will require documentation to support your request, for example, a medical certificate.
**This course refund policy is compliant with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and it outlines your rights and obligations as a participant. Please read it carefully before registering for a course with us.**
Course Satisfaction
8.1. Please note that refunds will not be issued if a participant is dissatisfied with the workshop content, instruction, or any other aspect of the workshop that does not constitute a failure on our part to deliver the workshop as advertised.
8.2. We encourage participants to voice their concerns or feedback to the workshop trainers or organisers during or after the workshop. We will do our best to address any issues raised and improve our workshop offerings.
Workshop Materials and Certification
9.1. All workshop materials, including but not limited to manuals, videos, and presentations, are the intellectual property of the course organiser and are protected by copyright law.
9.2. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any workshop materials without prior written permission from the course organisers.
9.3. A certificate will be issued in the end of this of the course if student is assessed as competent
9.4. The certificate can be used for CPE/CPD points with massage associations
Obligations during massage practice
As a participant in the Course, you will be asked to undertake and complete the following obligations:
10.1. Bring your own towels
10.2. Position self to minimise fatigue and risk of injury
10.3. Apply superficial lymph massage routine according to treatment plan
10.4. Ensure client modesty and comfort throughout treatment
10.5. Maintain infection control procedures throughout treatment; including: short nails, hair tight back, no hand/finger jewelries os watch.
10.6. Monitor effects and modify massage appropriately.

11.2. There is a ILD® Community Platafform group for students to interact and get more information from trainer.
